The experience behind the test
Our PAT testing combines PAT qualifications with full-scope electrical training. Harvtec is led by Philip Harvey, who served an electrical and mechanical apprenticeship.

There is no blanket annual PAT requirement under workplace electrical safety law. The maintenance approach depends on the equipment, use and environment. No. Appliance checks and fixed-installation condition reporting address different parts of electrical safety. If you manage both the property and its equipment, we can discuss the two scopes together.
The agreed record identifies the equipment checked, results, defects and exceptions such as items that were inaccessible. It gives you a basis for arranging follow-up and reviewing future checks.
