Public website

This website has no public account area. Details typed into the form stay in your browser until you choose an action. Send enquiry sends your name, contact details, property or equipment information and message through our server and SMTP2GO to Harvtec’s shop and owner enquiry mailboxes. Copy enquiry details only copies a brief to your device clipboard. We use enquiries to respond and arrange requested work.

Information and purposes

Technical access and security logs may include IP address, requested page, browser information and time of request and are used to operate, secure and diagnose the website. Information you provide by telephone or another contact route is used to understand the enquiry, respond, prepare requested work and maintain appropriate business records.

Lawful bases

Website security and diagnostic records are handled for legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable service. Enquiry and customer information is handled to take steps at your request before a contract, perform an agreed contract, meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Sharing

Our hosting provider, SMTP2GO and our mailbox providers process enquiry information for website operation, email delivery and the Harvtec enquiry mailboxes. Information may also be shared with advisers or public authorities where necessary. External communication services operate under their own privacy terms.

Retention

Technical logs, enquiry information and customer records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for security, diagnosis, responding, delivering agreed work, meeting legal or insurance requirements, and resolving disputes. Records are then deleted or securely retained under the applicable business-record requirement.

Your rights

Complaints and external services

Form security and delivery records

The form relay retains hashed rate-limit identifiers and delivery references for approximately 24 hours. It does not keep a local message-body database. Submitted enquiries are held in our mailbox and email providers’ systems as needed to handle the enquiry and maintain appropriate business records.
